The frog was fine BTW. We aren't sure if it jumped into the cats water dish or if the cat put it in there But we did put it in the pond.

Oh poor froggie - I'm sure he'll prefer your pond to the cat's water bowl!!

Had the cat brought it in you would have known. The ones taken from mypond scream like h=ll. The poor froggie will be glad to be in the pond though. Dutchy

Hi Rita that takes me back. One year I had about 10 frogs in my house at various times. All due to the cats bringing them in as presents. Which was fine, If I saw them do it. Until one night we were watching TV and out hopped a frog. It took us ages to catch it. Running all round the living room, moving furniture. with the cats joining in to play as well. ;D ;D Alicat

We found a frog in our new pond today ;D. We were really pleased until we realised that it couldn't get out . We have now placed a froggy ramp to make his life a little easier! Just hope our cat doesn't spot him

Our cat spotted 2 frogs behind my geraniums the other night, managed to chase one frog to safety with the hose pipe but the other headed the other way and went into my utility room and behind the washing machine. My housemate managed to get it (the frog!) out OK later that evening.

LOL! We once had a cat that brought home a frog, a chipmunk ( both VERY much alive) and a deceased gull! Good to know your froggie is OK. C3D
