Anyone know which is the best variety to grow for making feed for plants and veggies - seems there are quite a few to choose from?

Anyone know which is the best variety to grow for making feed for plants and veggies - seems there are quite a few to choose from? This is the one I bought roxann.. www.organiccatalog.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=1492They do a leaflet with all the instructions on how to use it for a couple of quid. Be warned though it REALLY REALLY smells - so might be an idea to get a peg for your nose while you are using it. I think it is a very attractive plant in its own right and has pretty flowers too, it can be deep rooted so make sure you plant it where you want it first time. You dont have to use it as a liquid feed, you can shread a few bits and add it to the planting hole too. Hope this helps LLx

Thanks LL, I've added the site to my favourites. Looks like the plants won't be available till May. I have some Russian comfrey seeds that I will be trying out too. My plot is huge so I have plenty of space. Liked the tip for adding shreddings to planting holes
