Help, I have a problem with some of my Tats. Have looked it up in Dr H and it looks like the brown veining is Magnesium deficiency and I also some sort of insect attack by the looks although I can't see the beasts. It gets worse, on closer inspection some of the leaves are also rolling inwards which I've also seen in Dr H, leaf roll virus. What is confusing me is it is only on the Swift Tats that I have in tubs that are effected. All the others are ok and they were all planted at the same time and in the same compo etc Any help appreciated

Hi Chuckles!
That isn't magnesium deficiency. I think it may be either some kind of virus or spray drift.
It shouldn't affect the eating qualities of your spuds. Just in case it is disease, make sure you dispose of the tops by preferably burning them.
