This is a family favourite.
Leeks and bacon pieces fried together then placed at the bottom of the dish. Add the steamed cauli - well drained (good with broccoli & cauli) Lots of creme fraiche dolloped over the top Covered with lots of grated cheese In the oven till it looks done
Served with garlic bread

I've just shown this to my wife jlottie and she agrees it sounds very nice indeed. Altho' I wasn't too keen when she added, "About time you cooked again" That was so unfair. I cooked devilled pork only last year ...
<feeling slightly peckish smiley>

Hi WB1 Not as difficult as the washing machine ;D give it a go, just make sure its creme fraiche and not fromage frais OH is a definite meat eater, me not really, so its a good compromise.

To walk from the kitchen to the bedroom and back again, but women outnumber the men so much on here, I wouldn't dare say it Edit - Oooooops but I did say it; this could cost me my Admin' stars

The thing about jokes, WB, is that they're supposed to be FUNNY...! (And I have SUCH a filthy riposte to that - but I can't write it here.....or anywhere, remember I used to be a lady).

Oh WB1 Reminds me of my grandfather who, when washing machines were becoming the norm said he had no need for another as he had my grandmother Mind you I hate gadgets, retuning the TV learning, to use a new phone or anything that has too many buttons, can't be bothered unless I really need to use it. OH does most of the cooking as he really enjoys it, so I just let him get on with it. (not so good with the washing machine, what are whites )
