For something different.....get a few sprigs of FRESH mint and chop them up finely.
Get a few scoops of any cream cheese you like...it might have garlic or herbs in but if that's what you like, go for it.
Mix the mint in with the cream cheese.
Add your hot new potatoes to the cheese/mint mix and stir in well.
Deeeeeeeelicious
