Savory Cottage Pie Serves4-6
1 Large PK Minced Beef 1 Beef Stock Cube 1 Veg Stock Cube Sprinkling of Salt and Pepper optional 2 Teaspoons Mixed Herbs 1 Large Onion 4 Large Carrots 3 Large Parsnips Garden Peas 1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes 400gms 1 Tin Baked Beans 415gms
Brown Mince in a pan drain off juices, add onion and cook until soft half fill pan with water add stock cubes mixed herbs salt and pepper, add carrots parsnips and peas, simmer until veg is soft Add tomatoes and baked beans, warm through add gravy granules to thicken sauce.
Put in an oven proof dish about 3 inches deep.
Top with mashed potato cook in oven at 180 deg for about 40 Min's or until potato browns. Then enjoy.
I made this for tea last night what was left Ive put in the freezer.
