Just been having a scroll through some of the old recipes on here and I noticed no-one has actually done a "what's your absolute favourite type or food/dish/flavour" thread.
So, what's yours ?
My favourite meal is probably a full roast dinner with lamb & mint sauce and all the trimmings. My favourite type of cooking is italian (which has recently overtaken chinese as my fave), especially pasta and a lovely tomato-y, garlic-y sauce and my favourite flavour has got to be GARLIC ! I'm a real garlic "monster" and love it on anything, the stronger the better.
Cheers FA x

Ooooooh favorite.........I just love all good quality well cooked tasty fooooooooood. Don't really have a favorite dish or flavour Like LL the one thing I could eat at any time of day or night is a nice cake. Mainly I like plain cakes or with fruit or nuts. On the sticky filled with creamy theme I love Belgian Buns. When I'm on holiday I just love having coffee and cake for breakfast at a Pastaleria. ;D ;D This was taken at work quite a few years ago filling my face with a Belgian Bun, Mmmmmm could eat one now.

I love making and eating soup!
You can't beat a good roast dinner with all the trimmings!
I love pasta dishes and curries
OH likes pasta but not curry so I usually make myself curry when he has his steak (I don't like steak!)
I also like CAKE ;D

Crikey...this is a tough one I love all the traditionals....all the roasts, pie and mash, fish and chips etc but i adore Indian food with my favourite being a medium hot chicken dhansak with mushroom rice and peshwari naan (all nice and sweet) Love Thai and Chinese food and Italian is superb. I also love vegetables and salad stuff too Favourite method of cooking is barbequed But, if i had to choose one last meal before my execution, it would be the biggest plate of toast you'll ever see.....i adore the stuff. "Cut your own" bread, lightly toasted with real butter so thick that you leave teeth marks

My OH is a really fussy vegetarian so I don't really enjoy food or cooking all that much anymore but on the odd occasion when I can eat what I want (and read) when he's away I go for cheese and potato pie with chopped up tomatoes washed down by a glass of cider. Yum. Plain and simple - bit like me.......

I've just spotted this!!!!!
My fave is probably roast chicken with all the trimmings - home done though, not at a restaurant.
I also love OH's Belgian Biere beef casserole

It's got to be a well made curry...home made (I have excellent recipes for chicken tikka masala and beef madras) or in a good Indian restaurant. The takeaways around here seem to have gone downhill lately so we're searching out a new one...lots to choose from here in Leicester! ;D
then there's CHOCOLATE
