We make a HUGE pudding each year! We love the stuff!!!!! It's a bit crumbly to fry but if I manage to get a decent sized wedge, I'll give it a go! ;D

Christmas pud and brandy butter is the best thing about christmas! But you have to make sure there is enough left for boxing day [or another one in the cupboard! ] Many moons ago my dad used to get a Harrods hamper as a christmas bonus, must admit the brandy butter was delicious, I've never had one I liked so much since. It was really textured which I liked, but they all seem really smooth. Still lovely though. My home made attempts always go a bit peculiar. Ooohh, you've made me want one now!
