3 eggs Dash of double cream salt pepper sprinkling of nutmeg large knob of butter Whisk together in a saucepan and cook on the hob....not the microwave  Serve on wholemeal crusty toast Probably the best breakfast ever. |

How many does it serve Andy?  I use 4 eggs for 2 of us, and I cook mine in the microwave, but using medium power stirring every 30 seconds.  Try adding some smoked salmon just before serving ;D |

That serves just me....i use two eggs for everyone else. I am a bit naughty....after making such a lovely scrambled egg....i then top it with half a tin of cold baked beans and copious amounts of salad cream !!!! I've done the smoked salmon bit Rita and mighty fine it was too !!!! I ofetn put a bit of chopped onion or chopped ham in but i feel it's getting too near an omlette. Not that you can taste much else after the beans and salad cream  |
