hi, everyone. iam planning on making some diabetic shortbread for friends this christmas. but i want to be adventurous and follow mary berrys recipe and put in sweetner instead of sugar, for the residents who have diabetes in the r. home i work in. my question is should i put the full 3oz of sweetner in like i would sugar or does anyone think this will be too sweet.
any replies are greatly welcome and thank you in advance
