Did a big leg of lamb in the slow cooker for dinner yesterday. As a result, i've got loads left. What would you do with it ? I don't fancy a curry although i could freeze some for future use. Cold lamb, mash (or chunky chips) and beans with mint gravy sounds good too. HELLLLLLLLLP
