Got loads of veg that i'm going to mash up with some mash potato tonight and fry off.
Anyone do anything special to their bubble n squeek ?
I could add some honey, lemon juice and worcester sauce but does anyone add anything else ?

I like it plain and simple - this year ours was made with the spuds, parsnips, carrots, sprouts and shallots. We mushed it all into little rissoles and coated them in flour before frying - delicious!!!

Try boiling the potatoes with a clove of garlic, don't remove it though - mash as usual ;D
I make bubble and squeak cakes, using cooked brussel sprouts. ;D
