Based on Delia's recipe with a bit of variation. Made 48 of these to sell today!
100g bar dark choc (at least 70% cocoa solids) 2 tblspn Golden Syrup 2 oz butter
Put the above in a heatproof basin over barely simmering water (don't let the water boil or touch the bottom of the basin) Melt together, stir and set aside to cool slightly
In a large bowl
2oz chopped mixed nuts 2oz raisins (or alternative) 2 1/2 oz cornflakes (or rice crispies)
Pour the chocolate mixture into the cornflake mixture, stir gently until all the dry ingredients are covered in the scrummy chockly stuff
Spoon the mixture into 12-18 (depends how generous you feel) paper cake cases Add half a glace cherry on top
Chill for at least an hour in the fridge
EAT...or sell....and give the money to comic relief ;D
