I tasted this some time ago and its really good. I've googled and found a couple of recipes but wondered if anyone has had a go and can recommend a recipe.

How wierd is that!!!!
I tried some raspberry vinegar in Oil and Vinegar (the shop) just the other day and HAD to buy some!! But I also had to buy lemon oil to go with it. If you dunk a piece of soft bread in the vinegar and then the oil, it has the most amazing taste!!! ;D
Actually, I'd never been in the shop before and now can't imagine whyever not. While I was there, I bought a few other bits and have put together a mini hamper as part of the OH's birthday prezzie.

Skarloey thats where I tried it along with lots of other oils and vinegars - didn't need lunch afterwards  The strawberry vinegar is brilliant too - have you seen the prices in the shops  Heaven thread definitely ;D Thanks for the link btw, off to look at the recipes ;D |
