OK, they looked nice on the seed packet and web site, and look impressive on the kitchen table, but what on earth do I do with them?!

Use them as you would a Courgette. They are best eaten cricket ball size.
Or, if they are abit bigger, try taking the top off, scooping out the seed and stuffing them, then baking in the oven.
