I saw this article and couldn't help laughing: news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/dorset/6040196.stmWhat's wrong with sending someone a birthday card? If one person puts a nasty comment in then the receiver can read who it was from and take action if they so wish - this is ageism going mad!!! I note that receiving cakes from the birthday person isn't frowned upon!!! |

How STUPID, I used to enjoy recieving the "big" card, there were 50 people in my office and it took ages to read, with many a chuckle.....mind you the cake bill was enormous!

Har har har harrr ;D can we apply this to the board as well?  Birthday wishes to other board members are from now on only allowed in plain lettering and without any silly extras. Anything else will be ......... Hang on... Regulations.... Isn't that why this board was founded, to go against them. Right. Thank you Plocket for showing us the world is much more mad than we thought. It is nice to have some certainties in life. Silly rules are still there to be broken. I will be 46 in January. Dutchy |

It stands for Friendly And Tolerant But Against Global Shopping - it was on an angry thread ages ago which I can't find now........do they get deleted eventually? There was a FATBLOKES section but I didn't have any takers for that!
