I've just made a batch of Crab Apple Jelly, but wonder what people use it for. I remember having it on toast or in sandwiches as a child, but I wonder if it's used as an accompaniment to anything, like mint sauce is served with lamb.

These types of accompaniments are nice with all sorts really, any cold meats, ham, pork etc and also hot too. Sausages veg and mash with Apple jelly or Apple sauce, Cranberry sauce or jelly all those types of things just add that little extra. I'm dribbling now thinking of the taste sensations ;D
