We've got to take LP to ballet and swimming tomorrow, and then I want to clear out the garage! I've already done some of it this morning but I'm going to leave the really heavy lifting to OH. Part of the job will involve moving shelving units so that one wall of the garage is clear, making space for a rabbit hutch in the future. I'm not going to tell LP that bit of course! ;D
Oh and gales are forecast for this weekend too - great!!
So what are you up to?

Not sure what I'll be grunging tomorrow. The weather forecast is pretty grungy so I expect I'll grunge somewhere with the grungekins.
I've got to go to Grungewick Grungeport on Sunday again to pick up M&D from their grungyday.

oh and I'm shopping (if not exhausted by all the grunging) tomorrow with my sister (grunging with a blood relative is probably illegal) then home to grunge in the garden.
Sunday morning...grunging in Tescos...but only after the shopping is in the car...in case we get arrested.

You only grunge on a Friday then Cheery oh no..I grunge at every opportunity...however..one can only let one's hair down and have a really enthusiastic grunge when one knows that one doesn't have to work the next day...it can be absolutely knackering you know (if done properly)

What a weekend! We managed to have a serious clear out of the garage and the under-stair cupboard and the skip now looks fairly full, so it was worth hanging on to for the weekend. But last night LP was up being sick and was awake most of the time. OH and I are shattered so heaven knows how she must feel. We've had a really lazy day watching films: Ice Age; Ice Age 2; Barbie Swan Lake and Ice Age 2 again! Still it does mean that I've really managed to get on with knitting LP's hat and scarf!!! She's slightly perkier this evening but absolutely shattered and she's going to sleep now. Hopefully she'll be feeling better for school because her fave supply teacher is in, and they are recording an album of Christmas songs.

I love the Ice Age cartoons....<greenwithenvysmiley>.
Today I've had a clear-out...chucked loads of old make up...I hardly ever wear it anyway so what's the point in keeping it?! I even had some lippy from the seventies!...just kept a few things because they were in lovely cases (YSL stuff given to me by my nieces a few years ago) and a few bare essentials. I threw away loads of old body-lotion, sun-tan lotion (expired 2001) and some face creams that had actually disintegrated into dusty crud (ew)...there were some evaporated perfumes too..they went in the bin....and some old make-up brushes....
v cathartic.
I've been slumped in front of the tv since lunch..I watched a film I taped on Friday afternoon 'the Dish'...jolly good it was too...v gentle. I've just had a lovely bath with white-musk scented bath bombs...and I'm sitting here in my nightie and slippers!...well it IS 8pm...time for a brandy methinks. ;D

Good Idea chucking all that oldmake up..its loaded with skin aging bacteria after about 6 months! (not to mention comedogenic . fatty substances) ugh! These days I keep a very small amount of make up for special occasions, knowing I wiil be chucking it long before its even half gone.
