Aren't they lovely? But definitely weird. I like the Copiapoa and Astrophytum pictures particularly - like coral creatures.I like the symmetry of them. NO! I'm going to stick to Euphorbias for a while....

Thanks for that Mick...I have a small collection of cacti in my conservatory...bought my first one at GW live in 2004..a notocactus. I only have 9 in small terracotta pots, 2 of them bloomed brilliantly this year, astonishing flowers they were too... easy to keep (well mine are anyway) and interesting to look at.
The pics will be really usefull...cheers. ;D
