Good evening, Has anyone any good tips on sowing Juncus ensofolius. I have one of those plastic capsules of seeds, but they are so ridiculously tiny I don't think I can get them out! OH mentioned filling it with water and tipping in a pot, any better ideas? If I get them out okay [they seem to be moving a bit now!] What is the best way to treat them?

You could mix them with silver sand and sow them like that, then you would be able to see where they are, too?

Hi SL That's a good point, might try that instead. I'm so worried about trying them though, I can be a bit clumsy! I suppose it would be best to just put them on top of very fine compost, instructions say lightly cover, but once they are in a pot i wouldn't have a clue where they were! ;D I've never seen seeds this small.
