HEAVENS!!!!! I wish I had room for a greenhouse, let alone the space to put all those seedlings!!!
How come you have greenhouses inside your greenhouse?

How come you have greenhouses inside your greenhouse? I'd like to think that they quintuplets gestating in their Mummy's tummy and will grow into bigger ones In truth, they need to go somewhere in winter and so are effectively used as staging. The doors are kept open. In Spring 3 of them come into the lounge for half-hardy seeds. They then go onto the balcony in early May, before going onto a patio to spend the Summer as tomato houses. I like their flexibility.....whereas Mrs C likes their flammability

Hehehe! Babies on the brain!!! Sounds like a very cunning plan to me but I'm not sure I'd want them in my lounge. Not that we've got the space for three mini-greenhouses!!! Has Mrs C tested their flammability then? ;D

The life cycle of my mini-greenhouses (I do have pics of them in the lounge somewhere, but can't find them) In early May... From 1st week June until October (this was taken on changeover day)..... The main greenhouse is still full in the meantime and has other staging from Spring until late May.

You really have it all crammed full to busting in there CC ;D. Like the way you use those mini GH's inside too. You definitely need a bigger GH CC

CC how do you prevent your mini greenhouses from being blown away? Yours look exactly like the one I used to have. Mine was wired to the fixed GH and weighted down with heavy stone blocks and yet it was still wind ravaged to near destruction.

Seriously though, we live on the sheltered side of a valley, so the prevailing SW winds are dissipated via tree cover. There is a very good story to tell regarding wind and the 6 x 4 plastic plant house at our last property ....if you want to PM Mrs C, I'm sure she'll give her side of the story on here (about time she posted!). My side of the story....I worked very late that night (it may have involved the sampling of wine), so late in fact Mrs C was asleep when I got home

Your garden must be a decent size Captain so you really should invest in a larger wheelbarrow - that small plastic vehicle is going to make your work much harder! ;D

Saves em being blown away and like you say provides some extra staging. sometimes i just drop the doors down at night but mostly i forget. ;D
