We need a new greenhouse heater! We have an electric fan heater - AutoHeat- and as it has been trouble free since we bought it we were hoping to get another one the same. I phoned the company but was told they went out of production about 9 years ago What sort of heaters do you have?

I'm behind the times on heaters, although a lot of people do tend to use electric one's these days, so I'm told. I'm afraid I have still have the old style free standing parafin ones like you could have in the house years ago, like a mini gas supersur. Don't use them though.
Can you get gas heaters for GH's

I've got a CalorGas one somewhere 'in the stores' - but I stopped using it when it ran out of gas one deeply frosty night... OM.

Thanks OM.....I've got a little Supersur Gas heater we used it in the bathroom before we had a heater in there, stands about 2' high. It's in the old coal house, a bit rusty now but if we had any really low temps I guess that would be suitable for the GH

I am pleased you said that mick because that is what I had decided on - the nearest to an Autoheat that I could find
