Hello ;D As some of you know I have grown some ensete ventriculosum from seed this year...so far 4/5 germinated ;D. The biggest one's now around 5" tall and is getting too big for the heated propagator...I'm so worried that if I take it out it'll die! The only solution I've managed to come up with so far is a lemonade bottle with the bottom cut off put over the baby leaves...I'll keep it in the conservatory....(that just has one of those low wattage radiators in but no proper heating) will it be OK?

I'm sure it'll be fine CPB....as long as it doesn't get frosted, all that the cold will do is to slow it down a bit.
Pics plz ;D

Thanx CBB...but to be honest I think it's a combination of good quality compost, good seed, the heated propagator (new love of my life) and patience...NOT a quality I'm particularly well known for....also this year I've been really careful about following advice both on the packets, in magazines like AG and GW...and HERE....thank you chapsXXX
