Just been wandering round the garden and spotted that the Stipa is casting seeds to the wind, so if anyone wants to try and grow it from seed just shout. Never tried so do not know how easy/difficult. Also have Iris sibirica and Lychnis arkwrightii 'Vesuvius' seeds from last year. I know these are viable have got the plants from those sown last autumn in fact the Lychnis arkwrightii 'Vesuvius' is in flower, it looks just like its parent so comes true from seed.
