Inspired by Plocket & Berghill on the beeb I went out yesterday & took some piccies of colour in my garden at the moment. The camera has also been at the menders for about 6 weeks so I was feeling a bit frustrated at not being able to take any pics. The vase of dahlias were actually picked from the allotment so it's a bit of a cheat, & the out of focus cleome was taken this morning because there are no flowers on it in the afternoon. Hope you like. s29.photobucket.com/albums/c273/beejaytee/Sep%202006/

Plocket, no wonder you have so many posts - you don't have to comment on each board, though it's very nice of you to do so. Rita, the white flowers are cleomes. We had a cleome trial on the beeb boards & that is my result. I had seen them in gardens in previous years & so was really pleased to have the impetus to have a go. I shall definately grow some more, germination takes a while though.
