I have those in my garden too and they're amazing...I hadn't grown them before as I'd thought that such tall flowers wouldn't look right in my little garden...how wrong I was! Lovely pics GW.... CPBx

I've grown Cosmos this year after having a break from them for a couple of years.
They were a bit of a nuisance to start off with as it was quite windy when they were put out and they had to be individually staked, but they soon established themselves.
They are fairly large plants and are mostly between three and four feet high. The odd two or three plants haven't produced flowers but have been left in situ, for their foliage. Unburdened by producing flowers these are much taller, at five to six feet.
I'm not sure that I would want Cosmos every year, but it makes a nice change, and they coordinate well with the asters.

They are great, they just keep growing and now my non-flowering triffid one has a bud! Just the one, mind.
