What lovely photos Chuckles - I can almost smell them I grew some for myself this year, which haven't been particularly good, and some for dad which have been wonderful! Thanks P they are lovely and have very suttle smell, not heady like some can be. They are called Carnegie

I think I'm going to have to be fussier about where I get my bulbs! I think hyacinths smell stunning but my BIL loathes the smell

One of the first of my newly planted tulips has emerged It's called Johann Strauss and is mainly a lovely cream colour with that splash of red on the edge, I quite like the stripey leaves on them. Not a particularly tall variety of Tulip so good for front of borders or in pots.
