Thank you both for the noms, I'd have got rather wet and soggy if I'd traipsed out this morning, what a difference a day makes!

The grasses at the front were being hit by the early morning sunlight whilst most of the field was in shadow. The field itself is quite boggy hence the length of the grasses and probably why it froze so much, and I loved the way stuff looked like clouds of cotton wool, it was quite magical - I don't usually go for a stroll in the freezing air at that time of day but it was hard to resist Thanks for the noms x Tig

I didn't notice the gold of the grasses in the front when I looked at your icy pictures Tig - the colours/light in that piccie are quite magical.

Thank you ladies Bonnie loves the snow LG, she runs more like a deer than a dog, with a spring rather than straight like an arrow so she is quite at home boinging about in the snow ;D

Thank you Barbara. I like snow too but it is so dangerous for folk who have to get places and it lingers as grey mush for so long

Please will someone tell me how to 'quote' only one photo out of a post? I'd like to do that to nominate a photo!
