I hope you dont mind me highjacking yur thread isabella - yur photos are beautiful Here is a photo of wild daffs growing by the roadside in Knutsford taken last week - bit windblow tho

Always makes me wonder a) how they got there in the first place and b) how long they must have been there so spread so much because I presume most "colonies" of daffodils started off as just 1. Int mother nature brilliant!

Beautiful Isabella - Daffs are one of my favourite flowers at this time of year. It really does pick the spirits up

No names I'm afraid - the daffs. came from a bog standard mixed bag I think the last picture is of 'Minnow' though
