A weed is merely a plant in the wrong place. This was in the right place, last year, but not in the right place this. However, since it germinates better from fresh seed rather than bought, we are leaving it to see what happens. so, how many Vegetables are there in the Asteraceae?

Forget about the' not too obscure' this one probably is. So a clue to get you going. It is realted to Alliums but it isn't one. Flowering now in my greenhouse.
