Morning Sara, no, I'm sorry, I can't identify it, but I can say ALMOST certainly it will be a perennial. However, some Salvias are not fully hardy, so I'd take a few cuttings now, they root quite easily, just in case. Hopefully, someone else will tell you more.

Hi Sara. Although mine hasn't got the white eye of your one ( that's lovely!) , it looks very similar. Mine is actually more purply than the photo shows. And mine is definitely perennial, (don't know the name of mine either)

Looks like the traditional salvia "victoria" which is usually grown as a bedding plant.
