I took this pic this morning just as it was getting light. Everything is so early this year. Hope we don't have a sharp frost or it will all die . Don't think it would kill your daffs,EG but might turn the flowers a bit brown.

Dunno about spring sg - looks more like full summer ;D I will just have to settle with yellow crocus, red wallflowers and the hellebore niger I have just bought x Tig

Very profound Dutchy I wish I had some shrubs in flower in my garden right now. I always used to at least have the Winter Jasmine but that had to go last year when we got the new shed. I have a cutting in a pot (of course) but really don't know where to put it. I noticed a Forsythia at work has one flower open and there's some sort of flowering cherry whose buds are about to burst. I'll see on Thursday if they have!
