I'm sure it isn't genuine. The voice does NOT change after orchidectomy (removal of the testicles). Orchidectomy before puberty results in the voice remaining that of a child (like the castrati of the middle ages) but it doesn't change after the operation if performed after pubery.
Sorry to be serious for a moment, but it was funny anyway
