When I used to work for Green Flag I took a call from a woman whose car had broken down. She only had a 1.2 Corsa and kids in the car etc and one of the questions we're meant to ask is "is the vehicle towing anything?". I wasn't going to ask as I didn't think she'd be daft enough to try and tow anything with a 1.2 Corsa because the car wouldn't cope and it would end up overheating. I asked anyway to be on the safe side and she said yes, a caravan. I then asked what the problem was and she said her car was overheating... <sigh>
