Overcast but it is said to be the best day of this week. Fingers crossed there are more that will not have pooooooooring.
End of next week we go to Austria. I do hope traveling weather will be good.
As for snow, we don't ski anymore but do wellness. Still, a lovely covering to give us lovely Winter-walks would be appreciated.

Same here, it was white first thing but with the sun it has all thawed apart from the shady areas. Still a bit nippy out but lovely blue skies.

It was warmer, and dryer, in Spain! We had a frost and sun this morning and now it is raining, by the looks of things here it has poured the whole time I have been away.

It was another frosty start today and misty. Sun has appeared but it was below 2c at 10:30am and has just gone above 3c - with a cold northerly wind.

Good morning everyone! Happy Friday! Meteorologically speaking, we are now in Spring but for the time being, it will still be very much like winter out there. Hopefully, by the time we reach astronomical spring on March 20th, our weather will be drier, warmer and sunnier. Here is the weekend outlook for Manchester.

We are in danger of being washed away here. There is a local guy on FB who posts amazing piccies on his rambles and yesterday he posted a piccie of a new lake in Heathfield complete with 2 swans, some ducks and some seagulls. Some clever soul said they'd be building on those fields before we knew it!
