We had some sun yesterday, but the wind made it uncomfortable and I was in a fleece again. This morning it's cloudy, but it might be a pleasant day - we'll see. I went down at 5.30 and put the hose on the wall border - strange that we haven't had any rain lately, or any forecast either.

Despite a lot of cloudy days and forecast of rain, we've had very little really. I have a few containers to catch rainwater in and there has'nt been anything much in them at all.
Damp and dull here today.

We had a super day here. Not too hot - but lovely warm sunshine. I had my lunch outside! 
Today looks great too - but it's the last sunny day for a while, so the forecast said. |

Grey and damp, drizzle rather than proper rain which we need though. Not too bad temperature wise, there is a fairly stiff breeze blowing.

Wonderful again here, 22degC but a warm wind that isn't nice - heavy - waiting yet again for rain which was supposed to have been here a few days ago. Bavaria seems to have got it - loads of flooding there...

We've had rain and wind and more rain but about 10mins of sunshine today. Complete change from yesterday. Rosefriend enjoy your BH tomorrow. |

We had a little drizzle at about 6 a.m, then it stayed sunny until 2-ish. The rain after that wasn't really enough to do any good, and it stopped at 4 so I got another two hours outside. Still expecting the weather front they keep forecasting, but it hasn't reached us yet.

More rain and wind today, at least I won't have to water the plant pots and the plants I've planted in the borders are well watered in.

I had such trouble yesterday in that wind - my lilies kept falling over and there are plant pots all over the place! One even landed in the stream! It sort of drizzled on and off all day, but I managed to do three hours in the garden...Damp this morning and possibly not quite as windy. |

It got quite exciting during the most blustery bits yesterday, the lid of the cold frame blew open and the big tulips and magnolia Susan lost a lot of petals. Thankfully it is much calmer this morning, a little light drizzle overnight but it is reasonable mild and grey at the minute.

Yes, we had rain late in the afternoon after a cloudy day. The wind kept up but not quite as strongly.
This morning looks better...but it might still change as it's very early.
