Terry Pratchett scores again! I recommend any Pratchett fan to this one, I took it on my hols and have read it twice in two weeks. I wont spoil it for you by divulging the plot but I will say that Waterstones have the hardback version ATM for only £7.50 so add it to your Christmas wish list!

I've just finished reading it too. I love the Tiffany Aching tales.

Did you see Terry Pratchett on Tuesday night. He was being interviewed on BBC4 - apparently he used to be press officer for the Central Electricity Generating Board.

Nope PG I missed it! <doh> Mind you, making excuses for CEGB probably honed his authorship skills

I've read it too. It took me a while to get into it this time but I thoroughly enjoyed it all the same. The book is now going around the most trusted members of the family.
I saw the interview, TP comes across a jolly nice bloke dunt he?

I'm waiting for it to come out in paper-back so it matches with all the other Diskworld books of his I have. I did catch the interview and though he seemed lovely and too sane, but it was rather dull and OH wanted to watch something else after a while! I really expected him to be a bit more "out there"

I like it too, and the interview was interesting but you're right, not particularly 'out there', Plocket!
Am I right in thinking we're not getting another 'grown up' Discworld book this year? Shame....
