I do believe we may have had a slight touch of frost at some point this week! I noticed this morning first thing that some of the weeds/plants in my chicken run are suddenly looking very droopy. It's quite warm this morning but definitely got chilly 2 evenings ago. I'm so glad I got my house plants all in the other day (not often that efficient). I'm just warning you all - it's a-coming to a garden near you SOON!

Went down to a min of about 9 c last week down on the south coast. I have noticed that my pond temp has dropped to around 14 c and the koi have slowed down a hell of a lot in the last week. However, i was listening to a weather forecast the other day and they said a warmer front was heading our way for next week caused by southernly winds blowing warm up air up from Africa.....time to dust the barbie off again methinks !!!

We are supposed to be dropping down to 4C tonight which worries me a bit with a couple of plants.
However as you say Andy we should be getting a bit warmer weather for a while.

We are to have frost tonight. However right next to the lake we will probably be safe. Still after I finish with my visit here I need to push myself out the door and bring in those last few plants just in case .... dontchaknow? A very tired Chick a DDD
