PA (and Dee)
Of the 7 I planted, 4 are currently showing signs of life. I was going to get rid of the other 3 but I think I'll leave it a little longer now !!

Buln seeds can take a while to germinate - they can wait until the time the parent bulb starts to grow - so give them till at least late next Spring -you impatient pair

Dee I have six seedlings growing which means so far 50% success. However, if you say they take some time to germinate I will leave them until this time next year. Where is the best place to keep them overwinter? Will they survive outside or are they best in the GH? Will the ones with grassy leaves die down over winter or will they stay green?

Hi TS! - I'm not Dee <Ihaveextrajellybabyboybitssmiley> , but from the notes she sent they are not particularly ultra frost hardy in year one. By year 3 I understand they will be okay outdoors for me and thee
