nearly completed the decorating in the conservatory, although i think i will have to claim on the house insurance for a new laminate floor as the drain over flowed and flooded the place causing the floor to "blow". Unfortunatly, we had all the new verticle blinds fitted last week which reduced my "plant space". So i've put up a few shelves and thrown away some of the tatty plants i had and here's the result. I need somewhere to put a big Kentia palm and that will just about finnish the place off My large weeping fig all decorated with a small collection of succulents on the shelves And the other side....i've just bought a lipstick vine, stagshorn fern and devils ivy for the shelf....long leaf fig on the right and my bananas on yhe left over wintering

Wow! You call that a conservatory! I call it a plant/garden room as it's got a goodly amount of furniture in it. Very nice Andy. Do you have any trouble keeping your fig in leaf in winter? Mine always drops huge piles of leaves and looks terrible by the Spring.

4P.....weeping figs are notoriously difficult to keep at the best of times. You will always get a certain amount of leaf drop in even the most perfect conditions.
They require a min of 10c at night and they love humidity and maximum daylight. During winter, keep them on the dry side and increase watering as spring gets a hold. A weekly feed with miracle grow works wonders during the growing season.
Watch out for those pests too...mealy bug, red spider mite and scale are a nightmare. I've just sprayed mine for thrips too !!!

Looks good Andy My conservatory suffers with extremes of temps - so I can't keep many plants happy
