No Rita they aren't sore (cheeky!!! ;D ): I used to be a PA and could type 100 words a minute - I've probably slowed considerably since then but can still type fast!

Oh I don't do shorthand - it's like a foreign language to me! Respect to anyone who can made head or tail of shorthand!!! When I was at college we could choose between computer studies or shorthand (how old does that make me feel?? ) because we learned on manual and very basic electric typewriters. Fortunately I made the decision to do computer studies which put me way ahead of the shorthand girls when we went out to look for jobs a year later!!! ;D |

I have to leave the room when my Dad is typing because he's a 2 finger typer too. My mum asked me to type all her college coursework out for her because it took her days to do a paragraph and years ago, my sister asked me to do hers too.
Mis-spent teenage years in chatrooms are responsible for my typing speed I'm afraid...

Oh that's really cool Rita! I'm 70 wpm (despite not using my typing except on the boards!) and only made 2 mistakes!!!
I can't bear to watch my OH type Aprilaydee - he's a two finger typist, but still fairly fast!!!

I used to be a secretary Sleepy so typing was my thing!
2.5 finger typist hey? That's better than being a two finger typist, and 30 wpm isn't that bad ;D
