Well if it wasnt here when i first started this thread then it is now !! What a gorgeous day ! A day spent in the garden (in between looking after Missy Grinch because Mrs Grinch is away AGAIN on a hen weekend). I cleaned the gutter out at the back of the house then re sealed a dripping joint in it ! Then i mowed the lawn and my god what an absolute mess it is. Its not a lawn any more its mud with tufts of grass. I quickly raked the area and got loads of thatch and moss out, now it looks worse, i then forked it and top dressed with a mix of sharp sand and top soil ! Have i done the right thing ?? I panicked you see and decided to do it on the spur of the moment. I will be getting grass seed tomorrow and plan sprinkle loads down on Monday. Can someone put my mind at rest ?? Mr G  |
