Hi maggyd
Click on PROFILE near the top of the GWD screen then MODIFY PROFILE scroll down and you will see AVATAR down the left side, there are some default one's you can select or you can use your own pic. To use your own pic you need to have a Photo Bucket account or similar and you just copy the pic URL into the Avatar URL area. Max size for avatar is 100 x 100
