Hi all,
It was a mad rush this morning to do some gardening before the rain comes. Managed to plant some Foxgloves, Rudbeckia, 2 Day Lily's and some Crocosmia. Hope they survive with all the rain forecast ! Hard work with the heavy clay soil but i got there.
Anybody else managed to do some this morning ??

Nope....rain started at about 8am and hasn't stopped....i've even fitted in a game of monopoly with my daughter....and she thrashed me within an hour  |

A constructive morning was indeed planned, involving watering in nematodes, pruning, planting and digging compost into the vegetable bed. Instead have spent the morning watching the rain  ... cheers ... |

Glad somebody got some gardening in Mr G....it's been hissing down here since around 0900 . The ground's sodden and I doubt we'll be able to get out there today at all....oh well...soon be summer ;D |
