I know we have had a long, glorious summer, but am I the only one who is now really FED UP. I can hardly see the grass ( I won't complement it with lawn) in my garden fo rfallen leaves, but it won't stay dry , or stop blowing a gale , for long enough fo r me to do anything about it.
Like I said....I am FED UP !!

I can't say that I'm fed up but I am slightly miffed that autumn is so soggy. I usually love autumn but when it's sunny and crisp, and you can stomp through autumn leaves without getting wet feet! This autumn just seems cold and damp.

Aw nevermind....got any photos from the summer to flick through and think 'YES!' we had a really good show'?...OR shut out the weather and, with a glass of sherry and a few nibbles to hand, get out the seed catalogues and plan next year's planting! . and you're NOT ungrateful....it's always a little bit sad that the garden has to hibernate too.....

I'm having a lovely Autumn! After a long hot summer struggling with hayfever and bad lungs I LOVE it! This morning before work I took my dog out into the woods. Blue sky, sun shining, warm breeze, AMAZINGLY beautiful leaf colours and a happy dog and no one about for miles. Perfick! Took me ages to walk round as I kept picking up leaves to show myself.......
