My beautiful Erythroniums are in flower  But some horrible pest is ruining the display.  I have advanced slug pellets scattered round them, but something thinks it is funny to take a nibble out of the flower stalk so the flowers keel over. The ones I have in a large pot seem to be ok. I'm not a happy bunny. Is it likely to be slugs still having a go? I have a red lily beetle battle on the frittilaries, wouldn't be them would it  |
