Whatever happened to Plantpak pots? Nice little square ones about 7cms wide that fit perfectly 15 to a seedtray. Never get bought plants in them any more, used to get a lot. Started wondering when I was washing my stack of them this morning and realised how few I've got left ( they are a tad fragile ) Maybe that's why GCs don't use them any more Anyone know where you can still get them? n

Have you tried online or eBay? Instead how about trying Wilkinson's 'Breeder Pots' as they call them. They are something like 99 pence for 72 of the 3inch pots, and are made of a much softer material than the PlantPak pots. They are certainly unlikely to crack, and Captain Papa Cabbage tells me that he has had some on the go for three years! This is a photo of some of mine from earlier this year with my sweet peas....

I bought mine from a company called NA Kay's, horticulture supplies. 01946692134/5. Might be worth a phone call as it's a while since I bought them.

I only use square pots simply because they take up so much less space than round ones.
I must have around 2000 of the 70c type I bought a carton of 3500-4000 a few years ago with a view to selling them to our garden club and chrysant and dahlia society.
I know I have roughly a 1000 in use at the moment.
By the way I got them from Kays as mentioned in another reply!

They still sell the plastic plantpak cells. I got mine from Wyevale and i got the small 24 to a seed tray ones plus the 15's. About £3.50 for 5 and then i had a walk round the nursery at work aand found they were throwing them away by the boxful ....so i've got loads now !!!

I didn't buy a huge quantity when I got mine. They do different quantities but they get cheaper the more you buy.
