Is anyone going to Malvern this week?

I'm having my usual Saturday visit and really looking forward to it. I haven't had any HRT for many a moon........

Hiya Piggin...how lovely to see you dearie...I'm going! but on Sunday so I'll miss you. I've never been before and the weather forecast says 'Light Showers' I need to pick your brain PG.....firstly will I need my wellies?! and will I be able to buy food there? (don't want to take soggy sandwiches....)...

I didn't see this until this morning. I think you would have definitely needed your wellies yesterday! We were fortunate in having a few heavy showers with some bright periods in between so were able to cover pretty much the whole show. We came back with wet kagoules though, along with very tired legs and empty purses!

Hiya Piggin...we were well and truly drenched! I really enjoyed myself and loved the gardens and borders. I spent a lot less than I should've done because it was soooooo wet my sister wouldn't venture out to the open nursery stalls ...I had a nice time in the floral tent tho and bought some v nice ferns, a hardy orchid and a wild ginger...and TWO BEGONIA L'ESCARGOT....at last...well happy I am ;D

The highpoint for my sister was visiting the RHS members' only tent for coffee and cake ;D
