I'm with Rosemother...everything to do with planting...including clearing the ground, digging in compost right down to positioning, planting and watering in...fab
Apart from the stuff IN the garden...my top task would be growing from seed....soooo satisfying. ;D

I love everything about my garden. But my best time is when i have just mowed the lawn and it has those nice stripes on it for 1 day till it starts growing again.

I'm up for all of it and the change of the seasons brings plenty of variety. Don't like picking up the slugs though

I'm with snowowl. It's cutting the grass. Takes me about 2-3 hours but when it's finished I feel fine.

Everything, even weeding & painting the fence like I did on Sunday. It's my first garden, it's mine to do with what i like & no one can tell me what to do with it. I love it all, BUT especially sitting on my bench with a cuppa

Well....i've kinda changed my favourite "job".....it's a gorgeous evening at the moment after some evil weather and i've just sat outside among the gorgeous scent of Nicotiana, night scented stock, deep blue petunias and Blegium honeysuckle......definately the best job in the world, shame i didn't have a cold beer !!!!

I was going to say weeding, after a bit of rain when the soil is a lovely dark colour. But a bonfire, that's a pleasurable thing to do, it just doesn't happen often enough. Also, I can get carried away with it! Also, digging out and planting a new bed is good. Hell, it's all good!!

Mowing the lawn, deadheading the roses, squashing snails (accidentally of course ), sowing seeds in February, general tidying up...

Deadheading, growing seeds, caring for plants in pots, weeding, tidying beds. Just all of the pottering about and helping things to grow. Don´t like squishing things though - except lily beetles which get stamped on!

I enjoy all of the garden jobs - best of all is harvesting (and eating) what has grown!

Me too, everything Best would be planting something I just bought from the Garden Centre - a New Girl or Boy to join the Family ;D Most hated is mowing the grass and cutting round the borders but I feel so much better when it has been done
