A successful rescue this time It's doing very well but I don't know what it is When I got it, it had the last scraps of some small pale pink flowers on it. It's now about a 1ft high. Anyone recognise it?

Thanks Beanie. The flowers were a very pale pink. Being a Choisia, does that mean it likes the shade? Actually, it's been fairly shaded while it's been recovering, and obviously, as it's doing well, it likes it, so that's that answered.

aztec pearl is a lovely variety and has the added bonus of a second flowering later in the year. I have the other variety choisya ternata, it's in a border with established shrubs and rarely gets watered unless we have a prolonged dry spell. it 's in full sun for a good part of the day and seems to be thriving

I too think it's a choisya aztec pearl. I have two and they're in a shady, dryish part of the garden. They've flowered for the first time this year and the smell is wonderful.
Shrub.

I am having trouble trying to find a photo and info on Choisya Aztec Pearl. It's not in my plant encyclopaedia ( which is quite old) so googled plantfinders. Most plantfinder sites only listed C. ternata, and the ones that did list aztec pearl wouldn't show it to me! Help please
